What We Do (And How We’re Different)
Ever seen a job ad promising ‘work-life balance’ then got the role and found yourself answering emails at 11pm on a Sunday? We don’t do that.
Since 2020, we’ve been creating boxes of happiness for businesses around the world. Bespoke branded merchandise that makes people feel valued and appreciated – that’s what we do.

We’re an Employee-Owned Company. That means our team don’t just work here – they own part of the business. When Swagpack does well, everyone benefits.
We do quarterly team days. Recently took everyone to Calshot Activity Centre for climbing walls, kayaking, and Ringo (flying down slopes on rubber rings – as fun as it sounds).
When we finish a big project or hit targets, we celebrate with team meals and recently, a BBQ in the carpark! Not because we have to. Because good work deserves recognition.
