ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Our mission is to make people feel amazing and valued in their jobs. 

We want to support sustainable businesses that positively impact the planet and the communities they operate in. 

Here are some of our focus areas:

1. Our business model is designed to reduce excess consumption. By offering branded employees merch. in much smaller qty’s than traditionally available, we help to save excessive production and wastage. We continually explore new ways of working to improve this.
2. We don’t focus on throw-away items, but promote, encourage and highlight premium quality products, recycled products and those with a higher social purpose, that are in turn gratefully received by the recipients. 
3. Our bespoke ordering portals allow individuals to choose a charity donation – often to environmental causes – over a box of merchandise, meaning that the recipient is in full control of the decision on whether we produce something or not.
4. Our packaging options are fully recyclable.
5. We became a carbon-neutral business in 2022.
6. We are part of an offsetting program which benefits communities in areas of the world that most need help with sustainable enterprise.
7. We are continually looking to improve the impact our business has on the environment, and we welcome being challenged on what we can do better.
