AT THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM

It’s no secret that trees are a pretty big deal, without them, we would cease to exist. They help us clean our air, filter our water, and keep our planet cool and in good working order. More than that, they help us to reduce stress and anxiety, which as we all know, are at an all-time high right now. So, when it comes to ways we can help our surroundings and make a positive impact on our environment, the precious and humble tree is about as vital as it gets.

WHY ONE TREE PLANTED?

That’s why we’ve decided to partner with One Tree Planted, a non-profit organisation that’s on a pretty huge mission to help the environment by planting trees. Dedicated to global reforestation, they plant trees to restore nature and biodiversity that is essential to the wellbeing and survival of our planet. As a business, it’s vital that we’re all doing our part to look at ways we can be sustainable and consider the impact we have on the world around us.  One Tree Planted teams up with businesses of all kinds to achieve exactly that. Founded in 2014, they work with a wide variety of reforestation partners across the world and in 2020 their combined efforts with individuals and businesses meant 15 million trees were planted across the globe.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

There are a number of ways in which you can get involved with the work One Tree Planted including their one-for-one model, which enables you to plant a tree for every single product or service that you sell. You can also support by donating a percentage of your sales, sponsor tree planting within schools and communities, or even link it to your social media campaigns.  Speaking about our partnership, our director, Joel Dalton, has said:
