Incident.io, a rapidly growing tech company specialising in incident management solutions, partnered with Swag Pack to design and produce a range of swag kits for their team. The goal was to create personalised gifts for various life events whilst reinforcing the company’s brand identity and promoting a sense of belonging. Incident.io aimed to boost team morale, enhance employer branding, and create memorable moments for their staff—all while displaying their company culture.
Designing Swag That Sparks Joy
Swag Pack designed a collection of swag boxes with Incident.io company branding. The packaging had to be visually appealing and make team members feel valued during significant life events. We used Incident.io’s existing brand guidelines and signature ‘Don’t Panic’ motto to create boxes that capture the company’s calm spirit. The resulting swag packs were a set of beautiful kits tailored for different occasions.
Thoughtful Touches for Every Occasion
Understanding the importance of work-life balance, Incident.io wanted to celebrate various milestones in their employees’ lives. Swag Pack designed three kits:
- The New Baby Kit: This kit includes a black baby grow decorated with the reassuring ‘Don’t Panic’ tagline and a soft teddy bear wearing a miniature Incident.io branded T-shirt.
- The New Dog Kit: A black dog bandana featuring the Incident.io logo paired with a bone-shaped stuffed toy for furry family members.
- The Welcome Kit: For new employees, the kit includes a classic black T-shirt decorated with ‘Don’t Panic’ and the company logo, a smart water bottle featuring the Incident.io branding, and a selection of company stickers, all accompanied by a personalised welcome note.
Each kit was presented in a beautiful, ribbon-bound box filled with vibrant red shredded paper decorated with the Incident.io logo.
